Are you a daytime sleeper? Is it good for you? Have you ever wondered if it has a negative effect? Frequent naps during the day can increase your risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, according to a US-based health journal.

But Dr. Michael Gardens, a professor at Arizona State University, has denied the allegations. According to Dr. Michael Gardins, daytime sleepiness is caused by insomnia and frequent wake-up calls during the day because you experience insomnia and frequent wake-up calls during the day. Sleep deprivation has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease and obesity.

If you take a nap in the afternoon, if you are sleeping for more than an hour a day, it is a sign that you are having trouble sleeping or that you are in poor health. However, ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Having a good night’s sleep can have a positive effect on your physical and mental well-being. Taking a nap in the early afternoon can also give you the energy equivalent of an Expresso, two cups of coffee, or a can of energy drink.

When I look at people who usually sleep for a few minutes in the middle of the day, they are more enthusiastic and come up with ideas after such a nap. “I feel better,” they said. However, sleeping in the middle of the day for long periods of time due to your sleep deprivation can make you more sleep deprived at night. So if you really want to sleep in the middle of the day because you really can’t sleep at night, you can walk on the street for a while without sleeping. It will definitely help you to get regular sleep.
